At Timeless Furniture, we strive to ensure you're happy with your purchase. Please review our return policy before placing your order.

• All sales are final. No refunds.
• Any exchange, return, or cancellation is subject to management approval.
• Approved exchanges, returns, or cancellations are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
• Special order merchandise is not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
• Layaway purchases are not eligible for cancellation. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in forfeiture of prior payments.
• Merchandise picked up by the customer is transported at the customer's own risk.
• Customers are responsible for measuring all doorways, hallways, stairways, and access points before purchasing. Timeless Furniture is not responsible for merchandise that cannot fit into your home.
